Prescription pricing should be transparent. No one should overpay for medication because they didn't know a cheaper option existed ten minutes away.
The Problem
Americans overpay for prescription drugs every single day — not because cheaper options don't exist, but because no one tool shows all of them. GoodRx only shows GoodRx prices. SingleCare only shows SingleCare prices. Your pharmacist only knows their own shelf price. The information is scattered across a dozen platforms, and nobody has time to check them all.
The same generic medication can cost $4 at one pharmacy and $37 at another — same pill, same day, same zip code. The difference is simply knowing where to look.
What RXGator Does
RXGator searches sixteen data sources simultaneously — government databases, pharmacy programs, discount card platforms, and mail-order pharmacies — and returns every available price ranked from cheapest to most expensive. One search replaces the work of checking multiple platforms individually.

Price First, Always
Results are ranked by lowest price. Period. Affiliate relationships, sponsorships, and partnerships never affect ranking order. The cheapest option is always first.
No Data Selling
Your drug searches are never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build profiles. Read our full privacy policy — it says exactly what it means.
Transparent Operations
RXGator is community-funded through Patreon. We believe in the same transparency for our funding that we believe in for drug pricing.
Free Forever
RXGator will never charge consumers to search for drug prices. The tool exists to serve the public interest, funded by the community and by affiliate commissions when users choose to fill prescriptions through our links.

Who Built This
Matt Overeem — Founder
Matt is a technology assessment professional with 34 years of experience in public infrastructure, GIS, and technology evaluation. He holds degrees from Northwestern University and Roosevelt University. RXGator grew from a simple question: why isn't there one tool that shows every available price for a prescription drug? The answer turned out to be that building one requires connecting government databases, pharmacy APIs, discount card platforms, and drug reference systems that were never designed to talk to each other. That's a technology assessment problem — and that's exactly Matt's background.
RXGator is operated by Technology Assessment Project LLC, based in Glenview, Illinois.
